Michael is the most recent addition to the Phoenix leadership team and brings his decade-long expertise in Organizational Design, Human Resources (HR) Operations, Strategy, and Change Management for the benefit of Phoenix’s SuccessFactors clients. By leveraging his powerful blend of experience, Michael leads numerous projects to success, from kick-off right through to Go-Live. His in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) and SuccessFactors Succession and Development positions him as a valuable asset to all organizations facing today’s business and technological realities. Phoenix is excited to have Michael as a member of our project team!

Personal Information:

When he’s not guiding the practice or leading client projects for Phoenix, he can be found at home with his wife and their two four-legged children: Larry, a chocolate lab and Teddy, a Great Pyrenees mountain dog. He enjoys SCUBA diving around the world, hiking in the great state of Texas, and playing guitar.
